May's Energy Vibrations

May is the 5th month of the year and carries with it the number 5 energy vibration. 5 is all about adventure, passion and stimulation. If itching to travel this month, it's no wonder, as the 5 energy embodies travel and escapism. Celebrating life and all it's glory is a natural match to the 5 vibration, so throwing parties, feeling a carefree attitude and letting loose a bit is a fantastic way to synch with this energy.

The 5 also carries with it an 'on-the-go' type of energy, so if the month is a bit scattered or feeling a tad out of control, just sit back and flow with the energy as much as possible. In these times allow healthy escapism through novels or short weekend trips if possible.

When within the 5 energy, avoid signing big contracts or entering into major agreements as moods are subject to change from one minute to the next. There can be quite a bit of instability hovering around this vibration, so it's wise to wait until June to make any important decisions.

When we add the month (5) to the current year (2010/3) we get the 8 vibration. This 8 energy asks us to look at finances every which way. Keep track of keepsakes when the 8 energy is present and avoid arguments over silly mistakes. 8 is all about power, movement & change, so there is a definite synching with the 5 energy here. If in a go-go-go frame of mind this month, just be cautious of overindulgence & recklessness. Celebrate the beauty of life and the beauty of the mother, travel a bit, remember your passions and beautify your unique world!

April Numerology

April embodies the number 4 vibration. The 4 is all about learning and teaching. Look for opportunities to learn new skills this month. If full of skills, think about teaching them to others. 4 is very analytical and organized - get caught up on bills and anything that has to do with finances. Make sure things are in order and completed in a 4 month. I'm fascinated with the fact that taxes are due in a 4 month for US residents. Get them in on time and breathe easy! 4 is a very grounded vibration as well - practice modalities that encourage a grounded space... meditation, hypnotherapy, visual imagery, yoga, etc. GET OUT into nature this month! See, hear, feel all of the beauty that surrounds us! Soak it up. Know that the earth below us is rich and fortified with all that we need to sustain us. Thank the earth for providing us a home. I'm lucky enough to be heading to Hawaii with my best friend on the 13th (thank you, Terry!), so you better believe that I will becoming ONE with nature! I'm so grateful and excited...

When we add the month of 4 to the current year (2+0+1+0=3) we get the 7 vibration. This 7 brings with it a certain magic to the month. 7 is all about faith and prophecy. It is about going within and finding answers. Using nature to aid in this is especially helpful (great match to the 4). The 7 vibration embodies living simply. Let go of stuff that clogs the natural energy flow (physical stuff and mental/spiritual stuff). It's wise to eat simply and fresh foods as well this month. The 7 vibration asks us to stay centered and in the NOW. Go within, feel the magic of the beauty inside, radiate it out the world - allow nature to take you there...

We have Mercury (the planet of communication) starting it's retrograde cycle on the 18th, so try to get the physical organization (4 vibration) of things wrapped up before then. Things will physically and mentally slow down upon & during this retrograde period, so go with the flow of it. This retrograde is another cycle/vibration asking us to take stock of things in our lives. Go within & revisit issues that need to cleared up from the past. Slow the mind and physical actions during this period.

In recapping, we've got 2 awesome vibrations this month - the 4 energy to help get things organized and inventoried in physical sense & the 7 energy to help get things organized and inventoried within self. Nature is the link between them, so take advantage of the beauty that surrounds us!

This post does not have too much to do with numerology, but it does have to do with energy and change, so I had to share...

Coincidences occurring? Luck of the Irish? Maybe some luck has been thrown in there, but coincidences...I don't think so.

A lot has changed lately. New energy is in the air - I can feel it. I'm praying the momentum keeps up and the awesomeness keeps building. I crave it... I want change. I've been feeling stagnant and outside myself lately. Down in the dumps & barely squeaking by to make ends meet. I'm tired and ready for something new. Some ease. Some amazing abundance (mentally, spiritually, physically) to come my way. I've been meditating, praying and everything else in between. Bring IT ON, Universe...

I've been working at my BFF's home in Mesa. Her and her husband are doing some remodeling and I have been hired as the house-sitter to let in workers & make sure things stay A-OK in the household :) It's great! I get to go to a location outside my home office, so it's changing things up a bit for me and my friend has been so gracious in paying me, feeding me, helping me, even taking me on a trip to Hawaii in April... the list goes on... how amazingly lucky & grateful am I to have her as my friend. Words cannot express my gratitude & love...

So, yesterday the workers started demo on her master bathroom... all went well. They had music playing, the drills were cutting & the tile was flying! I took a break from my computer work and went outside to see how things were progressing - awesome - they were working away and the demo was on track. It was so beautiful outside, I took a seat on one of their patio chairs and just closed my eyes, took in the fresh air and let the smell of the orange blossoms take me back in time. As I sat there, a song came on the radio... an old song. One that I remember vividly - Home Sweet Home by Motley Crue. WHOA... I sat there and tears streamed down my face. The smell of the orange blossoms coupled with a Motley Crue song did me in. I thought about my life - all the things I had been through and experienced - the fun, the laughter, the pain, the growth. BAM! It all came flooding back. HOME SWEET HOME - HOME SWEET HOME...

I woke up this morning thinking about my life some more. Thinking that these winds of change that I feel so strongly must be here to bring amazing, wonderful joy to my life that will progress, grow and continue, not fall away after short glimpses of light like it seems to have done so many times before. I've just felt like I've been hidden away and ignored lately - kind of like I'm invisible to the world in a way. There's so much I want to do with my life and my business & it just seems like nothing has been "hitting" the mark & it got me feeling low. Lower than I've ever felt before.

I've been working hard lately on STAYING IN THE MOMENT. I worry a lot... about money lately. Paying the bills has been a bit tough, so staying in the moment and not thinking ahead so much has been SUPER difficult for me! I'm working on it and will continue the work - as Mike Dooley says, "Thoughts become things", so it's time to really focus on keeping the thoughts fresh and amazing...! Right? Right...

On the ride over to my BFF's house this morning, I kept thinking about this feeling of change a-brewin'. So I put my "thoughts" to the test. Riding on the 101 south, I said aloud, "OK, if this change is really here and I'm not overindulging myself with silly thoughts of grandeur, send me a sign... I want to see a bright, loud-ass green car before I reach my destination (not even realizing it's St. Patrick's Day, even). One that's not a normal green color that you may see on a daily basis. SEND ME A NEON SIGN FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!" (laughing to myself - I'm a little impatient sometimes... lol)

Moseying along in the slow lane, I decide to move into the middle lane to pass the tortuga that's puttin'-along in front of me. I put on my signal and check my left side mirror preparing to change lanes. GASP! To my total and utter amazement, what do I see in my mirror, waaaaaay back behind me in the fast lane? A bright green, lime colored speck! Oh MY GOD!!!! I almost crashed my car! I slowed way up because I wanted my green neon sign to speed by me. I couldn't believe it. I still can't, writing this hours later... What a sight to see! I just smiled and enjoyed the feeling of butterflies in my stomach... then I reached my friend's house.

So, it's been an interesting couple of days so far... hearing one of my favorite old songs, Home Sweet Home; thinking about my life - the past, present and future; getting my green neon sign delivered to me within minutes of asking for it and then, another affirmation minutes after I plugged in my computer - one from my favorite inspirational site (Tut's Adventure Club). This message waiting in my in-box topped everything off :) like a dollop of yummy whipped cream:

The slate's been wiped clean, the past has released its grip, and before you sparkles eternity, yearning for direction. Kristen, all that lies between you and the life of your dreams is just one teeny, tiny, gentle, little rule. Only one condition, prerequisite, principle that matters. It's not love. It's not God. It's not fate, or luck, or karma. It's not complicated or esoteric, and you needn't sacrifice, plead, or pray to invoke it. It's the only rule that's ever existed, and it's the only one that will ever exist. No reality can exist in its absence. For its mere existence, you are. Your thoughts, and your thoughts alone, will set you in motion. Your thoughts will yield the inspiration, creativity, and determination you need. Your thoughts will orchestrate the magic and inspire the Universe. Your thoughts will carry you to the finish line if you just keep thinking them. Never give up. Never waiver, doubt, or ask.

Aim high.

That you've even received this Note, that you're able to read it through, means you are so close. So extraordinarily close. The hardest work has been done. The wars have already been waged. I receive the Sedona Talk Radio Newsletters via E-mail and this particular opening struck me. Although a very simple concept, it really hit home for me and want to share it...

Today (3/11/10) is also an 8 vibration, which has a lot to do with finances and money, so it's a perfect day to share these words of wisdom.

March 2010 Numerology

Spring is Springing!


MARCH NUMEROLOGY VIBRATIONS

When we look at this month's numerology, we are again called to the number 3! It seems like the number 3 keeps showing up for me lately... maybe for you as well. We are in a general year of 3 (2+0+1+0) and now, a few days into the 3rd month of this glorious 3 year.

3 is about communication. It is the month and year to really connect with our unique voices. This is a month to express SELF. Figure out what needs to be unleashed and DO IT. Allowing creativity to come forth is key this month - whether it's finding creative ways in seeking more financial freedom, or expressing self through creative arts (writing, painting, singing, playing instruments, dancing, etc), this is the month to put it out there.

3 is also about light-heartedness and humor. Laugh more this month! Really belly-laugh as much as possible because this expresses pent-up energies and releases endorphins (the body's natural painkillers) in the brain. Releasing energy in this way is very beneficial to the human body as it jostles/ awakens the 3rd chakra (the energy center of our "knowing") as well as the 5th chakra (throat chakra, the energy center of our "expression"). Laughing is so therapeutic - a little more light-hearted humor in the world is always a good thing as it raises the energy vibration!

Another vibration to look at this month is the 6 vibe. When we add the month of 3 to the year of 3 (2010), we get it's perfect match, the number 6. The 6 vibration is all about nurturing, helping and healing. Approaching and accepting help & healing, as well as giving it is essential for syncing nicely/slipping into a comfortable groove this month. 6 also carries a massive amount of creative energy, so PLEASE allow self to unleash & express it - whatever way you see fit. The 6 is a very magnetic energy, so this number may be popping up for you a lot this month or you may even meet/run into a bunch of 6 Life Paths! How awesome, as these individuals are kind, thoughtful, and would most likely help in any way they can...

Speaking of helpers and healers, I want to give a shout out to one of my favorite 6 Life Paths, Megan Monique of Owning Pink. Megan and her dog, Jack stayed with me and my mom at the end of Feb. as she started out on her Magical Eyes Tour (touring the U.S. interviewing members of OwningPink, "Pinkies" about how they live their truth and their most authentic lives, as well as how to see themselves and others with magical eyes). Megan is such an amazing inspiration who's spreading love and joy to men and women throughout the country - what an adventure! She is brave, creative, thoughtful, wise and a spiritual love-muffin! She left us with a lot to ponder & a whole lot of sunshine and I'm so glad to have met such a beautiful friend. Thanks for the Pinkie love, Megan... may the rest of your journey be full of love & joy! :)

February 2010 Numerology Vibrations

February is a "2" month...

The #2 is about creativity, sensitivity and intuition. In general, this month is a good one for examining intuition and trusting it. Become friends with that loving voice within. Seek and give unconditional love in a 2 month... for February IS the month for LOVE with Valentine's Day on the 14th. Resolve any conflicts with a delicate nature this month and watch the tongue in making thoughtless remarks... think before speaking.

If usually in the spotlight with career, job or relationship, consider working behind the scenes a bit more this month. Be conscious of organizational skills or lack there of and seek diplomacy in interpersonal relationships. The 2 is all about remaining calm and peaceful under pressure, so remember that peace & calm can be achieved... it takes a simple shift of thought to let go of anger or resistance. Remember, what we resist, persists... SO, LET IT ALL GO & GROUND. Meditation and prayer really helps in grounding and keeping peace within.

This thought of letting persistence & anger go brings me to the 2nd vibration going on for Feb. 2010 and that is the #5. When we add the month (2) to the current year (2010), we get 5.

The #5 is also about creativity; however, this vibration can lend an air of chaos & uncertainty to the month. Really look at the 2 vibration of letting go and allowing peace to reign in if having a more chaotic, frustrating month. 5 is a sort of non-stop, gotta GO-GO-GO and not-be-bored sort of vibe, so laid back individuals may feel some anxiety come up this month. If it does, just remember that the month will be over before we know it, so just kick back, relax and watch the craziness fly by... GO with the FLOW!

The 5 vibe also brings with it a playful quality. The 5 asks us to look at travel, beauty and ways to celebrate life! So, if feeling anxious and out-of-sorts this month, look at ways of embracing and/or anchoring those feelings by taking a mini vacation, getting a massage, changing-up an exercise routine... anything that allows a feeling of release & renewal.

2010 Numerology Vibrations

When we add the numbers of 2010, we get a 3! In general, this new year emits a "3" vibration and that 3 is similar to an umbrella, hovering over / enveloping the Universe with its energy. Look at finding solutions to personal issues this month; it will set the tone of the rest of the year on a high-vibrating plane!

If you are in a personal year of 6, get ready to settle down after the crazy 5 year you just had! This year is for you to nurture yourself and others. This would be a great year to commit to marriage or a steady relationship. The 6 is all about family/home life, so if you've wanted to redecorate or remodel, you'll probably get it all done and in record time this year. If you've wanted to start your own business, the 6 year is also a good time. Relax a little this year, you deserve it!

PERSONAL YEAR 7:
If you are in a personal year of 7, your faith will most likely be tested this year. You may ask all the big questions in life: "What is all this for?" "What is life all about?" "Why is this stuff happening?". This is not a BAD or negative year for you, by any means! This is a year that asks you to go inside and seek answers from within. If you are in a personal year of 8, you may find money flowing to you like a river! Hmmmm... do you ever play the lottery? I'm NOT SAYING to go out & blow your paycheck, but an itty-bitty lotto ticket here or there could be beneficial! The 8 year is definitely the time to get all your finances straight and in order. The 8 is the power number, so remember to be extra nice to your loved ones when you're out there power-working to make all your dreams come true.

PERSONAL YEAR 9:
If you are in a personal year of 9, it's out with the old and in with the new! This is the year to purge and make room for the 1 energy just around the corner. Literally clean out your closets and drawers, so you can begin the new cycle/energy flow. Go inside and clean out old thought processes. Start new conversations with different people and make new contacts - get in touch with the people you never thought would talk to you, because in a 9 year, they will!
